赵志刚（教授）的个人简介
赵志刚，男，汉族，1963年12月生，教授，理学博士，博士生导师，校学科带头人。
人物经历
1985年四川师范大学化学专业本科毕业，1991年获北京大学有机化学专业硕士学位，2006年获四川大学有机化学专业博士学位。
现任西南民族大学化学与环境保护工程学院院长。
主要社会兼职有：《有机化学》、《Chinese Chemical Letters》、《化学研究与应用》等期刊的审稿专家。
研究方向
主要研究领域为有机化学
主要研究方向：超分子化学与自组装、绿色化学、微波合成化学、药物合成。
主要贡献
主研国家自然科学基金3项，主持省部级项目3项，主研省部级项目3项。曾经参与研究国家民委项目“新型双手性臂脱氧胆酸分子钳的微波绿色合成与识别性能研究” 和国家外国专家局项目“新型手性缩氨基硫脲类化合物的微波有效合成与生物活性研究”。发表《Design and synthesis of novel tweezer anion receptors based on deoxycholic acid 》、《K2CO3 catalyzed solvent-free synthesis of molecular tweezers containing chiral unsymmetrical urea unit under microwave irradiation 》、《Microwave assisted one-pot synthesis of novel molecular clefts with only one chiral arm based on deoxycholic acid 》、《Microwave-assisted synthesis of newN-[bi-(4-fluorophenyl)-methyl]-piperazine thiosemicarbazones under solvent-free conditions 》、《Rapid and efficient synthesis of new chiral aromatic amide molecular tweezers under solvent-free conditions using microwave 》 等学术论文93篇，其中有28篇国际权威检索系统SCI收录。
